Greg leads EnerNOC’s regulatory and government engagement throughout much of North America at both the state and federal level, advocating for policies and regulatory constructs that leverage the behind-the-meter flexibility of end-use customers to achieve optimal grid outcomes.  He manages a team responsible for Canada and ISO-New England, and has direct responsibility for the NYISO and several states in the northeast and Midwest. Before joining EnerNOC in 2010, Greg received his MBA from Boston University, and interned at Deepwater Wind, doing business development while earning is degree. His previous work included serving as a Deputy Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, and Campaign Manager for a member of the New York City Council. Greg has a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives with his wife and two sons in Needham, MA.
